1. Atlanta History Center

The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site holds the modest home of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. Visitors can also visit the grave site of Martin Luther King, Jr, which follows with an engaging history exhibit of the civil rights movement. It is recommended to wear comfy shoes as the sightseeing tour to the King’s birth home can spread out to several complex city blocks.

4. Piedmont Park

The Piedmont Park is the perfect spot for visitors looking to spend an afternoon with a picnic in Atlanta. The park is the go to place for festivals and special events. Every plant lover should take a visit to Atlanta’s Botanical Garden. Visitors are recommended to arrive in the morning before the crowds start to rise in order to take in the number of impressive different gardens available, including the Children’s Garden, Edible Garden, and the Outdoor Kitchen. Visitors can enjoy a sightseeing adventure pass through the Fuqua Conservatory, home to exotic tropical flora. Travelers visiting Atlanta should consider spending the day in this complex aquarium as the gallery displays are incredibly large. The main point of interest within the Aquarium is the Ocean Voyager exhibit, where the visitors can enjoy the breathtaking sightseeing view of an acrylic tunnel surrounded by huge swimming sharks, stingrays, and other ocean fish. Coca-Cola fans must indeed stop by this two-level facility that is dedicated entirely to your favourite soft drink. The facility starts with exhibits on the drink’s milestone and history, the bottling process and its influence in pop culture. Visitors may be most excited once reaching the Taste It! area, where there are more than 100 varieties of Coke collected from Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and North America available for unlimited sampling. Due to this, visitors often said that the free, unlimited sampling is what makes for the pricey admission.
