The history of the place dates back to 19th century when it was explored by European settlers. It has a waterfall at the southern end of the place and is surrounded by many landmark places. It is a large area which spans the riverbanks of the River Torrens located between Hackney and Thebarton. 9. St. Peter’s Cathedral

The interior of the cathedral is 203 feet long and is known for its baroque interiors. It is a tall structure which rises 168 feet from the level of the ground. 10. Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary

The dolphin sanctuary is a protected marine area open for visitor which is a dolphin conservation center. It is located on the east coast of Gulf Street Vincent that was established in the year of 2005. It was established with the intention to protect the dolphin population present in the Port Adelaide River Estuary and Barket Inlet along with protecting the natural habitat of the dolphins.
