The Top 5 Shopping Spots in Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, Seoul
Dongdaemun Shopping
Dongdaemun is a must-visit shopping district in Seoul. Located between Dongdaemun Subway Station and Dongdaemun Historical and Cultural Park Station, this area is divided into a retail area for the general public and a wholesale mall aimed at business such as clothing manufacturers or bulk purchasers. Dongdaemun has many stores that stay open late into the night, and there are also night buses that run late at night, making it a great place to shop both during the day and late into the night.
Dongdaemun Migliore
Migliore is located in Dongdaemun and is one of the oldest shopping complexes there. The entire mall has 16 floors, with a focus on fashion around the lower floors. In Dongdaemun, where the main customer base is a large number of wholesale and retail stores, Migliore is a mall with a large number of casual customers, but the prices are still quite affordable and the clothing styles are both trendy and cute.
Dongdaemun Lotte Fitin
Lotte Fitin's entrance is connected to the interior of the subway, making it both easy to find and convenient. The mall is also spacious and comfortable, albeit it's not a place for bargains. Here you'll find mainly famous sports brands such as Nike, Adidas, ABC Mart along with a few Korean designer brands and well-known cosmetics stores such as Olive Young. In addition to the shops, there's also bowling alleys and game halls, it's a great place to spend for a few hours of fun.

Myeongdong's shopping district is located between Euljiro Station and Myeongdong Station, and is home to many beauty and fashion shops, with flagship stores and branches of various brands, as well as large shopping malls such as the iconic Lotte Department Store.
Stylenanda Pink Hotel
Stylenanda Pink Hotel is the flagship store of the Korean beauty and fashion brand Stylenanda, and is beautifully designed as a lavish and gaudy hotel. The entire store is decorated in pink from the exterior to the interior with a dreamy design that makes it such a popular spot to visit. In addition to selling 3CE brand beauty accessories, there is also a cafe on the fifth floor and even an outdoor terrace for taking pictures. It is well worth making a pilgrimage to this shop, even if you're not planning on buying anything, the aesthetics alone are unique and worth seeing.

Artbox Myeongdong II
The flagship store of Artbox in Myeongdong, this is a three-story store that sells a wide variety of stationery, groceries, household goods and 3C products. Among them, the stationery and goods here are full of unique
and cute designs, if you like fashionable knick-knacks, make sure not to miss out on Artbox.

Myeongdong Lotte Department Store
Opened in 1979, Lotte Department Store is a pioneer in Korean shopping culture, offering a wide range of products from world-famous high-end bags, mid- to high-priced beauty products, and affordable fashionable clothing. After shopping at Lotte Department Store, head to to Lotte Young Plaza, another shopping mall next to it on the 7th floor, which sells a wide range of affordable clothing and beauty products, as well as character stores such as Line Friends and Kakao Friends.
