Located near Kameoka Sports Park, Yume Cosmos Garden is a popular tourist spot that attracts visitors in the fall. It can be reached by taking the JR Sagano Line from Kyoto Station to Kameoka Station, followed by a Keihan Kyoto Kotsu Bus ride, getting off at "Undokoen-mae" bus stop, just a short walk away. From mid-September to late October, around 8 million cosmos flowers of 20 different varieties bloom in full splendor, creating a breathtaking view. You can see adorable pink "Happy Rings," rare yellow "Yellow Campus," and vivid shocking pink "Resido Versailles" cosmos flowers. During the blooming period, visitors can purchase cut flowers and even take home cosmos flowers they have picked (for a fee). Additionally, at the "Tamba Ajiwai Market" held on the premises, you can enjoy fresh vegetables, rice, bento meals, and Kameoka's specialty products. For those who want to get active and break a sweat before soaking in Yunohana Onsen, Esperio Kyoto is a great choice. This facility features a futsal field surrounded by nature and the first-ever paintball field established in Kansai.

The futsal area includes two courts (Green and Blue), fully equipped with night lighting. Even if you come empty-handed, you can rent all the necessary equipment, making it convenient. You can also join a team with strangers and enjoy a match, possibly making new friends along the way! Meanwhile, at the paintball field, you’ll find a shooting game field and a paintball battlefield, with various game plans available. Paintball markers, goggles, and protector sets are also available for rent, so anyone can join in easily.

Skilled boatmen navigate the boat with poles, rudders, and oars, steering through the splashing rapids and rocky channels. You’ll feel the raw beauty of nature as you listen to the calls of birds echoing through the Hozu Gorge, experiencing a truly unique adventure.

The boatmen also add to the enjoyment with their lively conversation, and some may even sing traditional songs.
