Want to Eat Cheap on Sentosa Island? Budget-Friendly Gourmet Options
1. Malaysian Food Street
Located right next to Universal Studios Singapore inside Resorts World Sentosa, this food court recreates a nostalgic Malaysian street food scene. Nearly 20 popular Malaysian eateries line the street, with one of the most famous local dishes being claypot rice—rice and chicken cooked together in a sizzling clay pot. Mixing the seasoned chicken and Chinese sausage with the crispy, slightly burnt rice at the bottom makes for an unbeatable taste! Since it’s cooked from raw rice, it can take 30 to 40 minutes, so be mindful of the waiting time.
The other stalls offer a wide range of affordable Malaysian comfort foods, from Chinese-style noodles to sweets like egg tarts. With air conditioning and a clean environment, it’s a comfortable place to enjoy an inexpensive meal.
2. Kurry Korner
Walking along Siloso Beach on Sentosa’s southern side, you’ll come across Kurry Korner, a restaurant serving Indian local food. While there are several stylish cafés and bars along the beach, this is the only place where you can enjoy Indian cuisine while taking in the resort atmosphere. From chicken biryani and other chicken dishes to samosas, kebabs, naan, lassi, and of course, a variety of curries, you can savor North Indian flavors at affordable prices.
The wooden interior blends well with the beach setting, and the terrace offers a wonderful sea view. The staff are friendly and approachable, making ordering easy. Take a seat by the beach, relax, and enjoy affordable Indian cuisine in a beautiful seaside location.

3. MISKA CAFE
When people think of Sentosa Island, they often focus on the leisure attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and the aquarium. But on the eastern Quayside Isle, you’ll find a high-end dining area. Among the Greek cafés and upscale Japanese restaurants, MISKA CAFE offers affordable Mediterranean cuisine. Their menu is extensive, ranging from brunch favorites like eggs benedict and burgers to Greek salads and seafood pasta.
With terrace seating along a marina lined with yachts, the view is stunning. Considering the relaxing atmosphere and Mediterranean dishes on offer, the prices are surprisingly reasonable. If you’re in Quayside Isle, this is definitely worth a visit.
