Located about a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Seolleung Station in Gangnam District, Lotte Bosot Sauna is a jjimjilbang frequently used by locals. In addition to low-temperature saunas and sweat rooms, it also offers nail care and body scrubbing services.
Because it is a very local-style facility, don’t expect much English or Japanese to be spoken. Receive your sauna clothes and towel, and warm your body from the inside out! 3. Hwanggeum Hot Spring

Hwanggeum Hot Spring is located about 1 km southwest of Gangnam Station and is known for its natural hot spring water pumped from underground. The hot spring contains germanium and sodium, making it beneficial for skin beauty and fatigue recovery.
Not only does it have a hot spring, but it is also a fully equipped jjimjilbang, offering sweat rooms, low-temperature saunas, and women-only mugwort steam treatments. As its name suggests, the facility features gold-themed interior decorations, giving visitors a luxurious feeling. The rest areas are gender-mixed. The facility also includes entertainment such as a movie theater, karaoke, and gym, making it one of the most enjoyable jjimjilbangs in the Gangnam area for long stays.

4. Gangnam Spaland

Gangnam Spaland is a newly renovated jjimjilbang that reopened in 2016. Located just a few minutes from Exit 5 of Gangnam Station, it is extremely convenient. The facility includes all essential jjimjilbang features such as sweat rooms, low-temperature saunas, large public baths, massage services, and sleeping rooms. Open 24 hours, it can even be used as an alternative to a hotel. A women-only sleeping room is also available, making it safe and comfortable. If you want to save on accommodation costs, this is a good option.
Among the jjimjilbangs in the luxury district of Gangnam, this one is relatively affordable. Its new and clean facilities make it a safe and pleasant place to stay.
