【By Train】

From JR Sapporo Station, take the Toho Subway Line and get off at Fukuzumi Station. From Bus Stop No. 4 at the Fukuzumi Station Bus Terminal, take the Fukuzumi 84 (Hitsujigaoka Line) bus bound for Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes.

【By Car】

Starting from Sapporo Station, drive toward Ishikari and Soseigawa Street (Route 5). Follow the road along the Sosei River and turn onto Minami 7-jo / Moeritsu Street. After crossing Minami 7-jo Bridge, turn right onto Toyohiragawa Street. Continue along Toyohira River, then turn left at Munich Bridge onto Fukuzumi-Soen Street. Drive straight for about 11 km, and you will reach the observation hill. Parking is free.
