Exchange programme to Berklee music school in Boston

MY name is Anna-lise, from New York US. I am a music student at Julliard school of Arts. Our school had an exchange programme for merit students to Boston. The school we were to visit for the next semester was Berklee Music School. I had never been to Boston so I was excited about the trip. I got my air ticket from American airlines as I heard they had ticket discounts for students. We arrived in Boston after a couple of hours. We went straight to the school houses where foreign students resided. the students in Boston were great and the school council received us well. The next day we went round the city for a small tour to show us the places to go to in Boston such as restaurants, nightclubs and hangout places for students. On returning to New York I purchased my ticket from the same airline so as to save on money.

Family vacation to Boston

We decided to visit Boston as it was one of the cities that neither I nor my husband had visited. The hotels from our searches looked great and the city of Boston seemed to be packed with activities to do. We decided to buy our ticket via United Airlines which was convenient for us. Unfortunately we had to split the ticket purchases. My husband and one of our kids had to get their ticket from American Airlines while I and my other child had to get our ticket from United Airlines. This was because neither had enough seats left in one plane so we could not all get the same ticket. Boston was sunny and the people were so friendly. We knew the next two weeks would be wonderful. We went to our hotel in and the services were great. the next few days were packed with basking under the sun, visiting new places and trying out different restaurants.
