Voice of Travelers to Del Rio

Easter Holiday in Del Rio

My friend invited me to Del Rio for Easter. I could not say no; it had been a while since I saw her. I took a flight to Del Rio by Texas Sky Airline. I traveled on business class and their service was totally worth it. The plane was well-maintained, and the toilets were spotlessly clean. The flight attendants were friendly and timely in response to any request. We arrived in Del Rio as scheduled. My friend picked me up at the airport and the fun began immediately. She took me for dinner at a city restaurant. I must say the "cabrito" was the best roasted goat meat that I have ever eaten. We also went for wine tasting at Vale Verde Winery.

Romantic getaway in Del Rio

My fiance and I traveled down to Del Rio last month. We went by air using Texas Sky. The cabin crew was good to us; they were polite, friendly and helpful. The pilot kept on updating us periodically. It was raining so I slept in bits. In Del Rio we had the best holiday ever. We had a cocktail dinner that was specially for couples at Del Rio Omni Resort. The following day we rented a houseboat at Lake Amistad Resort and Marina. The boat had a queen-size bed, a bath, a full kitchen and a canopied upper deck with a barbecue grill. I loved Del Rio.
