Grand Junction is a city located in Mesa County, Colorado, United States. The city is in between Denver and Salt Lake City. The town is also known as Downtown Grand Junction. Grand Junction was founded in 1881 and was named junction because it is at the confluence of Colorado and Gunnison rivers. The city was once a production center of uranium, vanadium, gilsonite, and local oil. Grand Junction is well known for the annual summer Farmers' market, Colorado National Monument, Kokopelli Trail, and Grand Mesa National Forest.

I recently returned from my holiday in Grand Junction, the art lover's paradise. I traveled with United Express Airline. The ground and cabin crew service was excellent. The ticket was fairly priced too. We arrived in Grand Junction on time. In Grand Junction, I teamed up with my high school friend for the tour.
